January 30, 2011 - St. Regis Resort

We love working with Lumiani Events and were delighted that our first event of the year would be with them. With a purple and white color scheme, the couple's one request was to incorporate white lilies in the florals. The bride had purchased three tier vases she found online - the end results were absolutely fabulous!

Brea Community Center - September 18, 2010

We met with our first environmentally friendly client in early August. They wanted to incorporate purple and red in their florals and asked us to think of fun and cute ideas for them. For inspiration, we took a trip to our local supermarket and perused the produce section. An hour later we left with apples, kale, and a box of animal crackers (the animal crackers were our thinking food snack). We were able to create centerpieces that were 60 percent edible. The clients loved them, and so did we!

October 17, 2010 - St. Regis

Developments in Literacy is an awesome organization that helps disadvantaged children, especially girls, by establishing and operating schools in the underdeveloped regions of Pakistan. We were so happy when we were approached to do the florals for one of their fundraiser dinners. Since the tickets for the dinner were pricey ($500-$2,500 a ticket), we wanted to make centerpieces that the guest would be able to take home and keep alive. We decided on white phaleonopsis orchid arrangements.

September 26, 2011 - Palos Verdes Terranea Resort

We love resort weddings, so we were so excited to hear the event was at the Terranea Resort. Catalina island can be seen from the wedding site so the natural backdrop we had for the wedding was spectacular. We created classy but simple arrangements and had a lovely day at the beach after setup. Here are some sneak peeks of this event. More pictures to follow soon.

Taglyan Center - August 1, 2010

When we were told this event would be at the Taglyan Center, we knew that the florals would have to be elegant and extravagant to fill out the venue. The backdrop for the stage had to be custom built and assembled on site. Although the centerpieces were prepared and ready when we arrived on site, the stage had to be built piece by piece. We arrived early in the morning to start the assembly for the evening reception.

Cerritos Sheraton - July 30, 2010

Ever since the Manzanita  craze, we knew it was only a matter of time before we would be using them in one of our weddings. The client also wanted a very fancy stage set up incorporating red roses. With the theme colors of gold and red, we contemplated on how to create this extravagant affair for our client. 2,000 red roses and 3 boxes of hot glue later, this was our finished product.

June 27- St. Regis Resort

When our client first approached us about this event, they had already met with another florist. The client sent us a picture of the sample made by the other florist and asked if we could replicate the centerpiece and give them a better deal on the price. Here is a picture that was emailed to us:
We set a date for a consultation and they ordered another sample centerpiece from us. A couple emails and phone calls later, we were hired! Here are pictures from the event with the E&J upgraded florals.
